The scope is that server control actions, such as power on, power off, and the KVM console, will not be available for Chicago servers. Your servers themselves will continue to run normally without issue or incident.
If you need a specific action performed during this emergency maintenance, please ticket in and we will queue the action to be performed when the control system returns.
This does not impact servers in locations other than Chicago.
