Ubuntu installs failing

Identified • Ubuntu auto-installs are intermittently failing due to Canonical's decision to rate limit their repo: https://status.canonical.com/#/incident/KNms6QK9ewuzz-7xUsPsNylV20jEt5kyKsd8A-3ptQGY_8VLJIlY9pR2kpwEEi6NCRNWqc5Ru503cC-LkjMQiA== - this is impactful for auto installs because the kernel installation has dependencies in the linux-firmware repo. If you're noting your Ubuntu install is taking longer than ~20 minutes, check the KVM console for the server and see if it's stopped on a "curtin command install" step. If so, feel free to restart the install to try again. A reminder that automated operating system reloads do not have an SLA per our TOS and there's no need to open a ticket about a "stuck" install; we check installs periodically throughout the day. We'll remove this posting when we no longer note Ubuntu installs stopping at this stage.
