We are aware of an issue with viewing server details for your server in the billing area. This only affects the server details in the billing area; this has no impact on invoices, tickets, payments, etc.

You can continue to manage your server via SynergyCP as normal, logging in with your existing credentials, or clicking the "Forgot password?" link for SynergyCP if you've forgotten or never set up credentials.

We will update this posting when resolved.

Further to notifications sent out regarding our Chicago datacenter move, the following server IDs are being moved today:

srv15xx

If your server ID (clearly noted in the client area and SynergyCP) is in this series and is offline while this message is posted, it's being physically moved from location to location per the notification we've sent you.

We will post updates to this listing as the work progresses if we have any specific updates, and when the work is complete. We will be commencing with our Chicago datacenter move shortly. Notifications with complete details have been emailed to you if you have a server in Chicago. The schedule is as follows:

Tuesday August 22nd: srv14xx, srv18xx, srv11xx
Wednesday August 23rd: srv10xx
Thursday August 24th: srv12xx, srv13xx
Friday August 25th: srv15xx.

If your Chicago server is inaccessible and has a server ID starting with one listed above on the specified date, it's due to this move.

We will post individual updates on a per-location basis as they progress.
