We're investigating the Dallas network failover from GSL to Unitas now, and will update this posting as we have more information.
The issue preventing Unitas from carrying traffic during a failover event has been resolved at Unitas' end by Unitas. This situation is considered resolved at this time.
GSL suffered a hardware failure which took a router offline. This triggered a failover event for us, and then failed back. We are continuing to investigate the issues with routing over Unitas during the window.
We appear to have a failover event from GSL to Unitas, then back to GSL. We continue to investigate.
