We've been alerted to Chicago connectivity issues, and are investigating now. We will update this posting as we have more information.
This was due to a core router reboot on an upstream carrier. That carrier has returned, and traffic is flowing normally at this time.
We've failed over to Unitas. All systems should be reachable, albeit with packet loss and higher latency due to Unitas' network quality. We continue to investigate this situation.
