We are investigating the Dallas outage now.
Confirmed to be an INAP hardware issue. INAP has opened a ticket with their vendor.
As of a few minutes after the event, connectivity appears to be restored.
From MTRs provided and our own, it appears that something at INAP failed and then failed over. We've ticketed them for more information.
If you continue to be seeing a connectivity issue to a Dallas server, please send in a short-cycle MTR for review.
Top of rack switch in cabinet 404 in Los Angeles appears to be down, we are investigating now, this only applies to servers named with srv31XX
Switch has been replaced and everything confirmed to be stable for the past few hours.
