Identified • We're replacing the RAID module in the server control server for Chicago. Actions like power on, power off, OS reload, etc from SynergyCP will be unavailable for Chicago. There is no impact to any server in Chicago currently up and running. This does not impact services in other locations. We'll update this posting when complete.
