We are investigating a potential line card failure in our core router for the New York location. All routing in this location is redundant, but as this issue reduces our redundancy, we are posting a status update regarding degraded availability.

The line card has been replaced and everything is back to normal.

The line card has indeed failed. We have moved the uplinks to another line card temporarily, and ordered a replacement.
