Our Atlanta cage consolidation is underway. Notices went out to all Atlanta customers. Please refer to this notice for specific details. We'll post more information here as it comes up if necessary, and will post a completion followup when finished.
All work is complete as of early morning. Please reach out with SLA requests. Thank you.
All networking is back online except for Atlanta servers starting with ID srv40xx. We are working on these now.
This work remains in progress.
We have identified the issue and are working to resolve. We do not have an ETA other than all hands ASAP.
We are working with our upstream carriers to resolve the networking issue that is present at this time.
We continue to work to resolve the uplink issues.
We're currently waiting for our carrier to update their side of things.
The maintenance action will continue on. We will update this posting as the day progresses.
Due to unforeseen issues, the maintenance will likely proceed beyond the planned time. We don't have an ETA as of this writing. We'll update this posting as we have more information.
