The planned srv52xx rack move is underway now. We will post updates here as we have them. We would appreciate refraining from ticketing in to ask if there’s “any update”; we will post additional updates here as we have them.

Engineers of our primary network upstream have notified Dedicated.com of Emergency Network Maintenance in our Chicago pop that will see our network rollover to backup upstream providers starting 12/7/2021 @ 12:00AM CST . Customers may witness a short moment (no longer than 15-30 seconds) of route reconvergence, no outages are expected as systems will rollover as designed to backup providers. Once maintenance is completed systems will return back to primary providers resulting in route reconvergence again.
