The top-of-rack switch for rack 1.07 appears to be having issues. This affects servers starting with srv54xx. We've dispatched a tech to the datacenter to investigate further, and will post more info here as we have it.
20 minutes have elapsed, and we are considering this resolved.
Switch has been replaced and config reloaded, and we're now confirming stability. All servers with server ID srv54xx should be back online.
Switch has been confirmed as failed, we’re preparing to swap it out with a spare now.
