This rack is back online after power cycling the TOR switch stack. We will investigate further to see if we can determine root cause, such as spurious hardware failure, or need for an OS update.

If you are unable to reach your server, please use the KVM console to confirm the server is up and running and in your OS, and that a firewall on your server hasn't engaged after being powered off, powered on. We apologize for the additional time it took to complete this work.
