Los Angeles LA srv36xx outage

We're investigating an outage of servers with IDs starting with srv36xx. If your server starting with srv36xx is offline, it's impacted by this issue. If your server starts with a different ID, it's not impacted by this issue.

We will more info here as we have it.

This issue has been resolved and srv36xx servers are back online.

We continue to investigate this issue. It appears there is an issue with the TOR switch stack. We will update this incident as we have more information.
