Dedicated.com SynergyCP Update

We are updating SynergyCP. The billing area and support tickets are not affected at this time, however if choosing this time to pay an overdue invoice for a suspended server, your server will not be automatically unsuspended.

This work is expected to take no more than 20 minutes or so. Please subscribe at the bottom of this posting to receive an email when the work is complete.

    We are updating the billing system at https://my.dedicated.com which also impacts our ticket system. SynergyCP is unaffected.

    If you have something you feel is an emergency, please call in at 844-533-1300 and we'll do what we can for non-billing-related inquiries.
